As a 23yr old first time home buyer, getting into the housing market can be intimidating, overwhelming, and discouraging.
On top of that, many places I initially walked into didn't take me seriously or give me much time because they figured a millennial wouldn't be able to afford a house in this economy. I never felt as if Charmaine didn't give me time of day, in fact I often felt she was determined to find me a home that would be a perfect fixer upper for a trades lady like myself.
Charmaine and I worked collaboratively for 2yrs to find my perfect home. She listened to my wants and needs and made the experience easier by explaining how everything worked, what red flags to look for, what areas are on the rise and found a home with the perfect location, reasonable pricing, and good estimated growth.
Charmaine was easy to communicate with making herself avalible via Email, Call, or text. I moved shifts a lot in those 2yrs and was on nights for a while but never felt that it was hard to keep in contact as she was prompt to give updates regarding listings, viewing, offers, etc in whatever way was easiest at the time. Overall it was a positive experience and I will be looking for her when I go to sell the house I just bought.
